The Rainbow Serpent in Tasmania!

I have not done any drawings for a whole year and was worried that I might have lost my touch.  Luckily,  the drawings still come out ok!
This one was done after I read Dr Bob Brown's new book, :Optimism".  Rainbow Serpent often features in my pictures.....  more text to come,  sometime....

Words of  comfort from Cygnus books

What prompts the One Mind
to manifest something?
In the One Mind, all possibilities,
all configurations of information,
appear to exist in potentia, all
superimposed on one another,
awaiting some prompt in order
to transform into an actuality in
our world of experience. This is
an image that physicists would
immediately recognize because
it is the one they employ in
quantum physics. Most physicists
believe that before a measurement
is made at the quantum level,
a particle exists in all its theoretically possible
states. There are no real entities at this stage,
only an ensemble of potentials that coexist in an
all-at-once ‘superposition.’ When a measurement
or observation occurs, these potentials undergo
a ‘collapse of the wave function,’ which is a
mathematical description, and manifest as only
one of many possible configurations, like the
famous cat in Schrödinger’s famous thought
experiment. Measurement or observation makes
the ghostly potentials real.
(There are other interpretations within physics.
Some physicists believe that following an
observation at the quantum level, all possibilities
are realized, and that we are aware of only one
of them – the so-called many-worlds or parallel
universe interpretation of quantum measurement
theory.)
In the One Mind, however, it is not
measurement that produces a transformation of
the potential into the actual, but need.

On Love

My blog has touched on this subject previously  eg  "Forgive 70 x 7"  of 10/25/2012.

I have put these images on my Facebook page yesterday.

TEXT FROM FACEBOOK

Love is the answer. What was the question? Everything.
One wonders if the trouble in the Middle East and elsewhere is not about relIgion.
Is it about mental illness and human suffering on a grand scale?.
What if the origin is unbearable trauma in the womb and ....lack of love.?....
Jesus taught us "to do good to those that hate you"

Matthew 5:43-48New International Version (NIV)
Love for Enemies

43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor[a] and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that?48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

the words of Christ, Romans 12:20. "If thine enemy hunger, feed him: if he thirst, give him drink":

Proverbs 25:21
If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat; if he is thirsty, give him water to drink.

Luke 6:27
"But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,

Luke 6:28
bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.

Luke 23:34
Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.

John 13:34
"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

Acts 7:60
Then he fell on his knees and cried out, "Lord, do not hold this sin against them." When he had said this, he fell asleep.

Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.

Romans 12:20
On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."

1 Thessalonians 5:15
Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.

Treasury of Scripture
But I say to you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which spitefully use you, and persecute you;
1 Peter 3:9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise …
